These illustrations were created for a parenting app startup where I worked as both UX/UI designer and art director. The goal was simple — make parenthood feel less overwhelming. I built the visual language from scratch, designing characters and scenes
Story
The app published editorial content for parents — blogs covering common parenting challenges, child development stages, and mental health topics. Illustrations were created to accompany these articles visually.
The subjects ranged from the difficulties of parenting during the COVID-19 pandemic to everyday challenges parents and children face across different development stages.
All illustrations were conceptualized and developed in collaboration with a team of psychologists to ensure the imagery was accurate, sensitive, and appropriate for the audience.
